I'm most passionate about the intersection between art and science and how people learn through interdisciplinary forms of teaching.

I fell in love with space when I started stargazing with my uncle at my family’s ranch. Watching documentaries on stars was one of my favorite things to do. I would then explain what I learned to anyone who would listen.
I currently plan to apply to graduate school and pursue research with a focus on interdisciplinary studies.
I am a 2025 Astronaut Scholar and Chambliss award winner. I recently completed dark matter research at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center.
Receiving this scholarship is important to me because it relieves the financial burden of being an out-of-state student. In the long run, it will help me develop as a scientist and communicator to inspire the future generation of science.
