I am looking for ways to see math in a more complete sense, from different angles, and I am happy to play around and grow.

There’s something about solving a problem that I have always loved. I love physics because there are so many unique paths to tackling a problem, so many ways to see the complexity of the world around me. The more I learn, the more I am able to see.
Reading a few books and being near the LIGO Hanford Observatory has made me utterly fascinated with space-time and gravitational waves. However, since I was a small girl, I have always had a passion for atomic structure, and I am elated to study particle physics!
After my bachelor’s degree, I would love to earn my Ph.D. and spend some time researching. I am driven to take particle physics just a step further.
I am currently working on learning to code. I am happily preparing for the William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition in December.
Honestly, this scholarship has allowed me to continue my education and strive for my dream. I am incredibly grateful and so very thankful.
