Praise Itoro Anwinam

I chose physics because I’ve always been curious about how the world works. It connects my love for math with real-world problem-solving and challenges me to think creatively, which I want to carry into my career.

I plan to use my math and physics degree with an actuarial science focus to work at the intersection of data, finance, and technology, solving real-world problems while preparing for a career that blends analysis and impact.

I currently work as a research assistant, where I’m gaining hands-on experience applying math and physics to real problems. It’s exciting to contribute to meaningful projects while building my skills in analysis and problem-solving.

This scholarship helped me cover the gap in my expenses since I wasn’t on a full ride. I’m truly grateful because it allowed me to focus more on my studies and opportunities without the stress of financial strain.
